I got significant trust when i met her outside the HIA building by selecting the top option. i found her behind blaze town by the dumpster also. "as long as it is used correctly.." gave a normal trust boost. so did "i would do the same thing". have not tried the bottom option yet. The second set of dialogue don't seem to matter yet. i did #2 and #3 and didn't get any additional trust.
Random event with Yanagi at lumina square near the convenience store, picking the third option for saying that the love for buns is all that matters for significant trust.
Invite to place, tell her that the old tv is still there for significant trust.
