Meet Pulchra at Reverb Arena
Go to Reverb Arena, at the wide door between the Rest and Entrance Area, and approach the advert sign.
Ask Jean for Information
Head over to the bar at the Rest Area of Reverb Arena and ask Jean if Pulchra is around. After a while, Pulchra shows up at the bar.
