Suggestions From a Safety Consultant Quest Guide
Find Lighter in Blazewood
Recruit Lighter's help in answering Sybil's questionnaire. Meet with Lighter at the Upper Level in Blazewood, at the shed beside Cheesetopia.
Collect the Supply Box
Uneager to answer the questionnaire himself, Lighter requests that you answer it instead. After you finish the conversation with Lighter, collect the Supply Box gift he told you about.
Follow the quest marker to the staircase before the shed to collect it.
Speak With Lighter Again
After collecting the contents of the Supply Box, speak with Lighter again to finish the quest and enjoy a ride back to Lumina Square.
Suggestions From a Bangboo Agent
Find Agent Turner in Sixth Street
Meet with Agent Turner near Officer Mewmew in Sixth Street to request their help with Sybil's survey.
Solve the Puzzle to Help Agent Turner
Help Agent Turner back on their feet by completing the Bangboo circuit puzzle as shown above.
Have Agent Turner Answer the Survey
After helping Agent Turner, speak with them again to have them answer the survey.
Suggestions From a Veteran Public Security Officer
Talk to Qingyi
Talk to Qingyi about the survey at 141 Convenience Store in Lumina Square. She can be found speaking with Jane.
Speak to Sybil With Qingyi
Suspicious about the VR combat data in the survey, follow Qingyi to the HIA Building and join in on the conversation to finish the commission.
Suggestions From a Battle Maid
Meet Rina at Ballet Twins Road
Meet Rina near the plaza statue at Ballet Twins Road to request her help answering the survey.
Calibrate Butler's Signal Receiver
Rina asks that you calibrate Butler's signal receiver in exchange for the survey.
Complete the Signal Calibration minigame to proceed.
Collect the Survey from Rina
After fixing Butler, speak with Rina again to collect the survey from her.
How to Play Collab Designer
Complete Event and General Objectives
Collab Designer features objectives where you must complete particular game modes, upgrade Agents and equipment, and acquire growth materials for said Agents and equipment.
Complete Sybil's tasks to strengthen your agents while getting rewarded.
Have Agents Fill in Surveys
Each To-Do List from Sybil has two tasks where you must enlist the help of Agents to answer Sybil.
Meet up with Agents and have them answer the survey to gain more responses and rewards!
