The Adored and the Abandoned is a Trust Commission for Lighter. Completing this commission will raise Lighter's trust to Friendly.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
How to Increase Lighter's Trust
Once you build enough trust with Lighter to raise it to Friendly, this commission will appear on the schedule the morning after.
Head to the alley found beside Old Duyi and in front of Simmer Hot Pot in Lumina Square. Listen in on Lighter's conversation with the Excited Man to finish the commission.
As this commission solely increases trust rank with Lighter, your dialogue choices do not give additional trust.
Finishing The Adored and the Abandoned increases Lighter's Trust Rank to Friendly.
