Outside the Scott Outpost Tent, talk to No. 4412. The Bangboo will talk about wanting to learn more about their previous master. It asks you to help him search for more clues.

After talking to No. 4412, the Turbulent Corridor Area 5 Floors 87-B Broken Steps and 88-B Ether-Stable Area will unlock. Comb the two new floors until you find another part of the password and a piece of evidence.
