To access the Overlord's Feast Event, Proxies must complete the Leisurely Lull - Unexpected New Customer main commission. This Leisurely Lull will be unlocked after the completing Chapter 4 - Tour de Inferno.

The mayor of Blazewood will commission you to help out in revamping a diner in the New Eridu Outer Ring!
