Check the DM sent over by Seth, asking what time the Waterfall Soup in Sixth Street open. He apparently wants to try some noodles around the area.
After answering Seth's DM, go meet up with him at the Waterfall Soup in Sixth Street. You will see him standing in front of one of the store signs.
