The More Things Change... is a Trust Commission for Qingyi. This trust invite is repeatable and can be scheduled from the morning to evening.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Qingyi Trust Events and Best Answers
To start this commission, select "There's an antique store at Lumina Square called Buyan" when inviting Qingyi through a DM. If you choose Bardic Needle, you'll do Song From the Depths of Memory instead.
The only objective of this commission is to meet Qingyi at the antique store in Lumina Square. The shop should be right in front of Coff Cafe. Talk to Qingyi and give response to complete the commission.

Choosing either "Do you prefer the past" or "Do you prefer the present" on the last dialgoue choice will give a trust increase.
After completing the commission, you'll gain Significant Trust with Qingyi.
