Off-Duty Mode is a Trust Commission for Qingyi. This is a repeatable trust invite and can be done from the morning to evening.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Qingyi Trust Events and Best Answers
To start this commission, send Qingyi a DM and select "How about Box Galaxy for some gadgets" when asked where to meet up. The hotpot restaurant option will lead to Tastebuds Off-Switch instead.
After setting a time, go to Box Galaxy on Sixth Street and meet with Qingyi at the entrance.

Selecting either "Don't worry about it" or "Just think of it as shopping for toys" will give an additional trust increase.
After completing the commission, you'll gain Significant Trust with Qingyi.
