Accept Cat and Mouse Game Commission

Cat on Patrol is a subquest of Cat and Mouse Game and can be unlocked after you complete both Cat and Mouse Misplaced and reach level 27 on the Inter-Knot.

Nekomata Agent Quest

1. Go to Nekomata near the Metro Station in Sixth Street
2. Head Over to Howl's News Stand
3. Use the HDD to Complete the Commission

Go to Nekomata near the Metro Station in Sixth Street

After having a conversation with Nekomata and Ollie by the alley, go to Nekomata near the Metro Station in Sixth Street to eavesdrop on some police officers.

After the Metro Station, head over to Howl's News Stand in Sixth Street to eavesdrop on a couple of locals.

After in Howl's News Stand and accepting the commission, go to Random Play video store and access the HDD System to start and complete this commsission.

The objective for this commission is to find the best place to put the bait in and to collect all the Hollow Observation Data along the way.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Choose Left or Right From Middle
2. Head to the Right Side
3. Solve the Puzzle at the Lower Right Side of the Map
4. Collect the Observation Data and Head for Exit
5. Over at the Left Side
6. Special Event at the Top Side
7. Collect the Observation Data and Straight to the Exit

Choose Left or Right From Middle

Inside the HDD, you will spawn on the middle map, and you can choose wherever you want to go first, either on the left side map or the right side map.

Head to the Right Side

On the right side of the map you need to head towards the Target as soon as possible. If you move to a tile downwards, the tiles behind you will disappear.

After you reach the Target it will lead you to the lower right side of the Map.

Solve the Puzzle at the Lower Right Side of the Map

Solve the puzzle on the lower right side of the map easily by stepping on the Observations tile to reveal the way out. The correct sequence would be going down, right, up, up towards the Downward Passage tiles.

If you went to the wrong Downward Passage tile you will spawn back to the middle map.

Collect the Observation Data and Head for Exit

After solving the puzzle, you will go back on the right side of the map, collect the Hollow Observation Data, and you head straight for the exit. The exit will lead you back to the middle map or the top side of the map depending on which side you went first.

Over at the Left Side

In the left side of the map, you can simply head straight for the Target tile as soon as possible and it triggers a special event upon stepping on it.

After the special event, collect the Hollow Observation Data and head towards the exit. The exit will lead you back to the middle map or the top side of the map depending on which side you went first.

Note that there is an enemy that will follow you when you get on the left side of the map so always be cautious of it.

Upon reaching the top side of the map, head to the Target tile and it will trigger a special event. Afterwards, you need to head to the exit, which will lead you to the middle map once again.

Head towards the tile on the bottom left corner and follow the path downwards. Don't forget to grab the Hollow Observation Data on the far right side before heading towards the exit on the left side.
