Deep Treason is one of the subquests in Mole in the Hole. Accepting that commission will unlock several quests under it, which can all be completed at different times to finish the questline.

After accepting the Agent Story, follow the quest marker and talk to Soldier 11 in the Alley.

Complete the Commission Using the HDD

After talking to Soldier 11, head back to Random Play and start the commission in the HDD.

Defeat the Enemy to Reveal Observation Data

To get the first Observation Data and to move forward, you need to defeat the enemy. After the battle, move to the Trigger Switch tile.

Follow Soldier 11 to the Commission Objective

The Trigger Switch tile will fail, but Soldier 11 opens the way forward for you. You can ignore the patrolling enemies and follow her straight to the Commission Objective.

Head to the Second Observation Data

After the explosion inside the HDD, head towards the second Observation Data by going up.

Go to the Commission Objective First

After revealing more of the area with a Route Information tile, make your way to the Commission Objective tile first. The Observation Data and Elite Supply Box can wait later.

You can avoid all the enemies along the way by going right three times, head up two times, turn left one time, go up one time, turn right one time, and then go straight up to the Objective tile.

Collecting the Elite Supply Box and Observation Data

You can collect the Elite Supply Box from the Objective tile by going down one time, turn left one time, go down one time, turn right one time, head straight down two times, turn left again, and head down to the bottom row in the middle.

From the bottom row in the middle, go up and down, then right, head up two times, turn right to get the supply box, straight to the left three times, and straight up three times towards the observation data.

Head for the Ether Dewdrops

After revealing the final portion of the area through the Commission Objective tile, make your way to the Ether Dewdrops tile in the middle. A Senior Investigation Supply Box can be collected along the way.

You can avoid all the enemies along the way by going left then down once, then left two times, go up two times, turn left two times, and head down one time.

Make Sure the Moving Enemy is Adjacent to You

All enemies can be avoided by making sure the moving enemy in the middle line is in the adjacent tile next to you from the starting tile and is moving towards the left.

You can position the enemy on the adjacent tile by moving from the tiles left and right.

Head to the Critical Stage

From the Ether Dewdrops tile in the middle, head towards the Critical Stage tile to finish the commission.

The perfect route to the Critical tile would be by going down one time, head up two times, then down two times, turn right one time, head down one time, go left two times, go down one time, and head to the left three times.

Note that this route can only be done if the previous steps have been strictly followed and the enemies are in the same positions as they are in the image above.
