Kitty Movie is a Trust Commission for Koleda, where she will be available to promote the video store upon completing the commission.
Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
The Kitty Movie Trust Commission can be unlocked after answering Koleda's DM, where she's asking about a videotape named 7710 and Its Cats. The commission will appear on the Schedule after answering her.

You can get the 7710 and Its Cat videotape after reaching Video Store Level 4.
The Video Store Level 4 can be unlocked by reaching Inter-Knot Level 30, clear the Prologue, and complete the corresponding missions.
Answer Koleda's second DM about the videotape, 7710 and Its Cat, and wait for her to come over to the Random Play video store. She will come over to the store around Morning, Afternoon, or Evening.
After she comes over to the video store, you can watch the videotape with Koleda.
