To unlock this commission, send Koleda an invitation through DMs. Afterwards, Koleda will ask where the two of you will meet.
Select The 141 Convenience Store! to initiate this commission, as selecting The Coff Cafe Coffee Shop will begin What's So Good About Hand-Ground Coffee? instead.
To start the commission, find and talk to Koleda at 141 Convenience Store in Sixth Street.
