  2. Meet With Rina at Godfinger Arcade

Accept the Commission

Accept the commission via the Schedule. The Commission will only appear if Rina's trust level with you is about to rank up to Friendly.

Meet With Rina at Godfinger Arcade

Meet at Godfinger
Head over to Sixth Street and meet with Rina. She will be located outside of the Godfinger Arcade.

Spend time with Rina and finish the commission after a few dialogue options.
