Send Anby a DM to invite her over and hang out with you. She will then gladly agree to your invitation, after she asks Nicole to reschedule her work so she can meet up with you.
Upon having the conversation in the DM, choosing Let's go to Howl's Newsstand! will allow you to meet up with Anby in front of the Howl's News Stand in Sixth Street.
