Send Anby a DM to invite her over and hang out with you. She will then gladly agree to your invitation, after she asks Nicole to reschedule her work so she can meet up with you.
Upon having the conversation in the DM, choosing Let's go to Howl's Newsstand! will allow you to meet up with Anby in front of the Howl's News Stand in Sixth Street.
After sending Anby a DM, inviting her over to hang out, you can meet up with her in front of the Howl's News Stand in Sixth Street. You can meet up with her at anytime of the day.
