Accept the Commission
Accept the commission via the Schedule. The Commission will only appear if Nekomata's trust level with you is about to rank up to Friendly.
Meet With Nekomata at 141 Convenience Store
Head over to Sixth Street and meet with Nekomata. She will be located outside of 141 Convenience Store.
Spend time with Nekomata and finish the commission after a few dialogue options.
