There are no Photo Celebration and Ambush Training Events for the Day 4 Commission.
To start the Friendship Supervision (IV) quest, check the phone and view your sibling's message regarding Eous wanting to talk.
Go back to the Random Play Room and talk to Eous to know what it wants.
Listen to the group conversation about going after the Golden Bangboo inside the Hollow.
Use the HDD System to enter the Hollow, chase the Golden Bangboo, and complete the Proxy Parent: Gold Only commission.
