Soldier 11's Movie Time is a Trust Commission for Soldier 11 that is only available in midnight. This commission unlocks after reaching the Friendly trust rank with Soldier 11.
As this is a videotape request, Soldier 11's Movie Time cannot be replayed once you finish it.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Soldier 11 Trust Events and Best Answers
After raising Soldier 11's trust rank to Friendly, answer Soldier 11's DM that she will send by midnight. She will message you again once you have obtained the videotape, Glorious Guardians.
You can obtain Glorious Guardians in a Missing Mini Cargo Truck in Lumina Square.
Once you have Soldier 11's requested videotape, she will DM you again, asking if you have the videotape already. After replying, She will drop by Random Play at midnight once she's free.
Soldier 11 will come by Random Play at midnight the next day, so you can spend time on commissions while waiting. She can be found near the Parking Lot entrance.

The dialogue choices you make in Soldier 11's Movie Time do not matter as all will increase trust.
After reaching Friendly Trust rank and completing Soldier 11's Movie Time Trust Commission, Soldier 11 will be available to promote the video store.
