Found another Lycaon Trust Event. Morning, Lumina Square, in front of Dev Gardening shop - Lycaon interacting with Orchidea. I chose Roses for the type of flowers and it resulted in just 'Trust Increase.' I have Lycaon at max trust tho, so it probably doesn't matter after that point.
