Zenless Zone Zero's Belle is one of the two managers of the video store Random Play, who also moonlights as one-half of the legendary Proxy Phaethon. She is not one to make amusing comments, play along with hijinks, or mess with her own brother.

Belle and Wise are not playable characters, as their role puts them in the sidelines as support. They help and cooperate with Agents to navigate through the Hollow through anonymous commissions

Belle and Wise are the account handlers behind the legendary Proxy Phaethon, who are renowned for their skills and successrate. Unfortunately, at some point of the story you lose access to that account and are forced to start from scratch.

This is where your account's name comes into play, becoming Belle and Wise's new identity as a Proxy.

While you control your chosen of the two siblings, the other will support them whenever they can. This is especially prominent during story beats, where they are often designated as Story Quest markers to continue progress.
