I'd also like to point out that Lucy's boats all fulfill the attribute counter effect as they can apply apply the physical attribute. This means she activates the condition off field. She also applies fire off field when an ally uses a SpEX attack.
It doesnt have to fill the bar all the way up either. As long as it fills the bar even a little, it's an attribute counter attack. That means it's REALLY easy to fulfill this requirement.
Attribute counter means any attack that moves the bar to cause an attribute anomaly reaction. So if an attack fills up the physical bar, the fire bar, the electric, ice, or ether bar, all of those count.
What is an Attribute Counter effect? How does this thing work?
