The recommended agents for this W-Engine are arranged from most to least recommended.
The Restrained does wonders for Stun Agents due to the Impact it gives them and its bonus effect. Since this is Lycaon's signature weapon, it's no question that he is best fit to wield it.
However, Koleda may also take advantage of The Restraied boons due to her Furnace Fire ability and subsequent Enhanced Basic Attacks. Anby's Thunderbolt is considered as a Basic Attack, so this W-Engine will also suit her.

But Lycaon already has an 80% bonus to daze on his basic attacks. Is the 30% from the Restrained additive or multiplicative? Because if it's additive then it's a less than 17% bonus to his daze, basic attacks only.
