Bro at C2 usually outdamages my built Ellen and Soldier 11 with minimal kitting, or will push me into a chain attack consistently. Major downsides are his slow movement and slower attacks, but he's a key component to my weekly boss runs
I believe Ben's final Core Skill Enhancement give him 80% of his Def as Atk. Rather then 40% which looks like his base now. There might have been a buff?
anyone who puts him in below ss tier must not be looking at the character
imho he is very respectful if use him for chains and quick assists, he counters solid, has decent damage (atk + def), soaks damage with his skill like bullet-sprays which is hard to avoid, and also his personality quite shines
