what's up, guys. am back. I forgot about wengines. you should always pick either Slice of Time (F2P) or Weeping Cradle in order to max out the PEN% buff
also, gang, she needs likes 60+% PEN in order to max her buff out
guys, always go spc puffer electro so you can actually max out her PEN buff. 4pc depends on team. Freedom Blues for Mono-Electric and Swing Jazz for general build. Main stats: AP/PEN%/ER% or AM% for mono, ATK%/PEN%/ER% for general. - Rina lover, 2024
Just curious if you guys are going to update the guides to be accurate, it does not cost 6 advanced chips to level a skill from 5 to 6 (it's 4). Maybe the numbers are all mixed up, but as a guide site, it confuses your audience.
skill issue
The guide has been missing some core info like, what the exact Penetration value does Rina need? and solely focus on Anomaly build, it kinda confuse newbie that start the game without knowing all character stats
if i search for "Alexandrina Sebastiane" on this same site, why doesn't it take me back to this page?
Very powerful, without her, my other characters no no damage. she's agile and gets me out of trouble when im getting overwhelmed and Can evade all attacks. but her buffing feels like it has tripled my damage output from my DPS characters. she also can do damage from any distance so she can start damaging those that spawn far away getting them ready to get capped when they get closer greatly saving time in timed battles.
Her play style just seems like a pain...
Maybe its bad building, but god she sucked as a trial character in CH3. Didn't feel worth of a S-Agent.
