Billy isn't immobile during crouch shot because you can "stay crouched" even after dashing away after initial crouch, it takes a bit of practice but it changes his gameplay a lot and increases damage potential.

at first i want to defence Harumasa cut it the only reason I play this game, BUT why Billy position so lowww??? his damage quite decent, free, with medium range. He especially excel at RANGE CONTROLLLL, HECK EVEN LOWER THAN BEN AND CORIN???
