There are two possible endings in Persona 3 Reload (P3R). Read on to learn what the two endings are, how to unlock the true ending, and whether the epilogue is included in the game or not!

How to Get the True Ending
Choose to Let Ryoji Live
You can get the True Ending, or the Good End, by choosing to let Ryoji live on December 31. The game will explicitly tell you to either kill him or spare his life as you approach that date. Make sure to save before that date if you want to see the other ending.
True Ending and Bad Ending
True Ending Lets You Play the Final Month
The True End lets you play through the final month of the game, giving you access to the final boss, finish any social links you may have missed, and the ending cutscenes.

Bad Ending Finishes the Game on December
Alternatively, the Bad End lets you finish to game on December 31. After you kill Ryoji, the screen cuts to black and the game ends there. This leaves you out on the last month of the game, and you cannot access the true end unless you reload to an earlier save.

Episode Aigis is Available as DLC
Episode: Aigis, previously known as The Answer, is an epilogue from Persona 3 FES that takes place after the True Ending. This epilogue is available as DLC for Persona 3 Reload now as a part of the third and final wave of DLCs for the game.
