Legendary Aether Tools can be obtained from looting Aether Caches in the Medium Threat Zone of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) Zombies mode. Read on to learn how to get Legendary Aether Tools and the Legendary Aether Tool Schematic!

The Legendary Aether Tool Schematic can be obtained by defeating Greylorm, a hidden boss that can be fought in the Aether Storm towards the end of a Zombies match.
To fight this boss, you will need to find and collect 4 Calibration Data USB sticks and insert them in Refractor terminals inside the Aether storm in order to summon Greylorm.
Once you kill Greylorm, a Reward Rift will spawn that has a random chance to contain a Legendary Aether Tool Schematic, a Scorcher Schematic, or a Flawless Aetherium Crystal Schematic.
Legendary Aether Tools can be found randomly inside Aether Caches in the Medium Threat Zone. These Aether Caches can easily be distinguished from regular caches as they'll have purple crystal spikes on them.
You will always find Aether Caches in Aether Nests and Infested Strongholds.

) are marked with hexagon icons.Once you consume a Legendary Aether Tool, it will upgrade the rarity of the weapon that you are holding to Legendary.
These tools will provide a signifacant boost to the base damage of your weapons, allowing you to face the enemies roaming around the High Threat Zone with ease.
