Modern Warfare 3 - Kill Enemies Using a Gun

Fully Loaded Kills are earned by only using the first bullet of a gun with a fresh magazine. Powerful guns like Marksman Rifles and Sniper Rifles are perfect for scoring Fully Loaded Kills.

Note: This is not the same as the One Shot, One Kill text that pops up when you snipe enemy players. Fully Loaded Kills only proc if you one-shot someone using the first bullet of your gun's magazine.

Modern Warfare 3 - Play on Hardcore Modes

You can get some easy Fully Loaded Kills by playing game modes in the hardcore playlist. The time-to-kill (TTK) in hardcore modes is much shorter, allowing more guns to score instant kills on the first bullet compared to regular Multiplayer.
