Is Snipers Only Available?

Game Mode is Currently Unavailable

Snipers Only was originally set to launch along with the Season 2 Update according to the Call of Duty official blog post. However, at the time of writing, the list of available playlists does not show the game mode anywhere.

Snipers Only Rules and Mechanics

Players are Restricted to Using Snipers

According to the official dev blog for Season 2, the only guns you can use in Snipers Only will be Snipers (naturally). Unlike MW2's Gunfight Snipers mode which allowed both Snipers and Marksman Rifles, this new MW3 mosh pit will probably only allow the former.

Team Deathmatch and Domination Rules

According to the blog post, Snipers Only will be mainly focused on modes like Team Deathmatch and Domination. This allows players to move freely around the map and look for kills compared to static defense game modes like Hardpoint or Search and Destroy.
