DELTARUNE Chapters 3 & 4 launched on June 4, 2025 for Steam, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, the Nintendo Switch, and the Nintendo Switch 2.
The game dropped at midnight local time on the Nintendo eShop, but for PC and Console, refer to our table below to know when it arrived in your local time zone. The Official DELTARUNE website also had a countdown that everyone could follow along with.

Toby Fox says that Chapter 5 is still "on track" to release in 2026.
June 5, 2025
Chapter 5 was revealed for a 2026 release at the end of Chapter 4.
April 2, 2025
During the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct, it was announced that DELTARUNE, so far, alongside the new Chapters 3-4, will be launch-day titles for the console on June 5, 2025.
September 17, 2021 | Chapter 2 Release + Switch Versions
After nearly 3 years, DELTARUNE’s second chapter was finally released in September 2021. It was initially supposed to be a paid addition, but Toby Fox decided to release it for free as a gift for fans’ patience for the long wait.
October 31, 2018 | Initial Reveal
DELTARUNE was initially revealed as a surprise game by Toby Fox, randomly uploaded as a suspicious .exe file online. Downloading and running the .exe file would open up the first chapter of DELTARUNE.
