Uncommon Aether Tools can be obtained by completing contracts, destroying Harvester Orbs, and crafting them via Schematics in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) Zombies mode. Read on to learn how to get Uncommon Aether Tools!
Where to Find Uncommon Aether Tool |
---|
1. Completing Contracts (Repeatable; Very High Drop Rate) 2. Dropped by Harvester Orbs (High Drop Rate) 3. Uncommon Tool Schematics (Repeatable with cooldown) 4. Complete the Firepower Mission (Only once) |
The Uncommon Aether Tool can be obtained from Reward Rifts via completing Contracts in the Low Threat Zone. Based from our testing, the Uncommon Aether Tool is the item that drops the most from doing contracts in the Low Threat Zone.
Destroying a Harvester Orb will always guarantee an Aether Tool, however, the chances are split between Uncommon and Rare rarities. These orbs are frequently seen hovering near the borders of the Low and Medium Threat Zones, usually on the south and southeast side of map.
Harvester Orb Locations and How to Destroy
The Uncommon Aether Tool schematics can be obtained as a reward from the Act 1 Tier 2 mission, Saboteur. You can use this to craft an Uncommon Aether Tool for free.
Do note that crafting an Uncommon Aether Tool will commence an 8-hour cooldown timer before you can craft another one.
How to Get All Crafting Schematics
You can get an Uncommon Aether Tool as a free reward upon completion of the Firepower mission in Tier 4 of Act 1.
Zombies Acts and Mission Rewards
Consuming an Uncommon Aether Tool will upgrade your weapon's rarity to Uncommon, granting a decent amount of additional bonus damage for it.
This bonus damage should be more than enough when you're just exploring and completing contracts in the Low Threat Zone. Difficult zones such as Medium and High Threat may require you to use advanced Aether Tools such as the Rare, Epic, and Legendary tools.
