Modern Warfare 3 Is Officially Live!

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has officially released as of November 9, 9PM PT on console and PC!

Global Launch for PC at 9PM PT on November 9th

Just like with the Modern Warfare 2's PC launch schedule, a simultaneous release worldwide has been confirmed for MW3's PC release, with a release time of 9:00 PM PT on November 9th.

As a worldwide release, the local release time will vary depending on your time zone, with more eastern time zones getting into the game on the specified launch date of November 10th.

Midnight Local Time Launch on November 9 for Consoles

Like Modern Warfare 2 before it, Modern Warfare 3 has been confirmed to have a regional rollout for launch on consoles, with release arriving at local midnight in each time zone. This means that console players in eastern timezones will be able to start the game earlier, with players in New Zealand starting as early as 3 AM PT on November 9.

Players with accounts in regions at the top of the list can play the game earlier than accounts in regions at the bottom because of the difference of time zones in each region.

Note that the above time zones don't account for Daylight Savings, since Daylight Savings Time ended on Sunday, November 5th.

All Launch Dates and Schedule

Open Beta Started on October 6

Modern Warfare 3's open beta started on October 10, and on October 6 for players with early access. Only PlayStation players can access the open beta on October 6 or 10.

Other platform players can only start participating on October 14, 2023, and they can join in as early as October 12, 2023 if they get early access.

Additionally, there will be crossplay starting on October 12, allowing all players on different platforms to play or compete with each other!

Campaign Early Access Starts on November 2

Players who pre-order will have one week early access to the campaign starting November 2, 2023, at 9 AM PT. It will give you a chance to play the single-player story content before joining the chaos in different multiplayer game modes!
