Modern Warfare 3 - Equip an Underbarrel Attachment

Most Assault Rifles, Battle Rifles, and some select Shotguns can be equipped with a launcher, shotgun, or flamethrower underbarrel attachment.

You'll have to sacrifice weapon handling from grips and bipods in exchange for more firepower since they take up the same slot.

The best modes for farming kills with an underbarrel attachments are those on the Hardcore Playlist.

Launcher, shotgun, and flamethrower attachments have limited ammo and the TTK (time-to-kill) in hardcore mode is short so you are likely to get more value for your ammo.
