All Calibration Data USB Locations

A Calibration Data USB is a key item used to activate Refractors in the Aether Storm to spawn the Greylorm boss in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) Zombies. Learn all the locations of where to get a Calibration Data USB and what to do with them!

Game8 Notice	The locations of the 4 Calibration USBs will be random for each game session. You will first need to head to the Orlov Military Base to find out where they spawned for your current match.

How to Get Calibration Data USB

1. Refer to the Map at Orlov Military Base
2. Activate the Towers to Receive a USB

Map Location

Proceed to the building northeast of Orlov Military Base and go up to the second floor to find a map on the wall.

You'll find 4 pictures posted beside the map itself showing the locations of the Calibration Data USBs around Urzikstan. Compare these locations with your own Tac-Map and head over there once you've confirmed a location.

Keep in mind that the locations of the USB sticks are random and will change each time you hop into a new game session.

Activate the Towers to Receive a USB

Activate the console at the bottom of the Tower to receive a Calibration Data USB. Activating the console will take some time, so be sure you've cleared the area of zombies or have a squadmate watching your back.

It's important to note that you won't be able to exfil with these Calibration Data USBs and you'll lose all of them should you die in-game. However, if you have the Tombstone perk, you can retrieve them again in the next game!

Head to the rooftop level of the building (marked on the image), just north of Zaravan City on Grid D6 to locate the USB tower.

Go to the center of Hadiqa Farms on Grid I5 and you'll find the USB tower right next to a greenhouse.

What to Do with Calibration Data USB

Activate Refractors at the Aether Storm to Spawn Greylorm

After obtaining all four Calibration Data USB sticks, proceed to the Aether Storm and activate the four Refractors to spawn the Greylorm. Take note that you will not be able to activate these until the Aether Storm begins to expand at the end of the game session.

There are 3 set locations for where the Refractors can appear. Refractors are found where there are two ammo caches right beside each other on the map, usually near the Aether Storm.
