Contracts in Low Threat Zone

Modern Warfare 3 - Raw Aetherium Crystal Contracts

Raw Aetherium Crystals are commonly obtained as a reward from completing Contracts in the Low Threat Zone.

Based from our own gameplay experience, the Raw Aetherium Crystal was our second most common drop and we obtained majority of them via Spore Control and Aether Extractor contracts.

Modern Warfare 3 - Raw Aetherium Crystal Schematics

The Raw Aetherium Crystal schematics can be obtained in Contract Reward Rifts in the Medium Threat Zone. We obtained the schematics in the Eliminate the Bounty contract specifically.

If you've succesfully exfiled with the schematics, you can craft Raw Aetherium Crystals for free. Take note that there will be an 8-hour cooldown timer after crafting a Raw Aetherium Crystal.

Reward from Story Missions

You can get a free Raw Aetherium Crystal as a reward from completing the Infiltrator mission in Tier 4 of Act 1.

What are Raw Aetherium Crystals?

Upgrades a Weapon to Pack-a-Punch Level 1

Consuming a Raw Aetherium Crystal lets you upgrade the weapon that you are currently holding to Pack-a-Punch Level 1. This lets you save up 5,000 Essence and skips the long process of having to farm up for all those Essence.
