Joint Investigation - The Divine Maze Sidequest
Joint Investigation - The Divine Maze is a co-op event where Proxies get to fight alongside other players as they explore Papago Hollow!

Clear Chapter 1 - Intermission
To unlock the event, Proxies must reach at least Inter-Knot Lv. 20 and clear Chapter 1 - Intermission.

Speak to the Troubled Lady
To begin the quest, speak to the Troubled Lady standing in front of the Random Play branch in Failume Heights. After talking to her, you will automatically return to Suibian Temple, where you will receive a Knock Knock message from Yanagi.
Yanagi will request that you come to HAND Headquarters to assist with an urgent matter. Speak with Wise before heading out.
Approach Lucy and Lighter
After arriving at HAND Headquarters, you will see Lucy and Lighter speaking to one of the guards. Talk to them and you will learn that Burnice hasn't returned to her friends after making a delivery to HAND.
During your conversation, the guard will tell you about Burnice mentioning a delivery to Papago Hollow.
Speak with Yanagi
Once you are done speaking with the Sons of Calydon, go ahead and speak with Yanagi. You can find her just past the nearby arm gates.
After talking to Yanagi, speak with Nanson to continue.
Enter Breaking Thunder - Solo Investigation
Once you are ready, you will enter the Hollow as Yanagi with Lighter and Astra filling out the rest of the squad. This excursion will serve as the tutorial for the event, as it teaches you combat and stage mechanics.
Keep progressing through the Hollow while taking out the Ethereals that show up along the way until you trigger a short cutscene where Yanagi speaks to both Astra and Lighter. This will take you out of the Hollow.
Learn About the Clue Board
After returning to HAND Headquarters, you will see a quick exchange between Yanagi and Nanson. Once that's over, speak to Nanson and he will tell you about the Clue Board.
Enter Breaking Thunder - Standard
When Nanson is done telling you about the Clue Board, speak to him again, and you will enter another tutorial on equipping gear and resonia. Once you are done with that, you can go ahead and queue up for Breaking Thunder - Standard.
You will enter the Hollow once more, but you will be grouped up with two other players this time around.
Breaking Thunder - Standard Walkthrough
| Area | Objective |
|---|---|
| Lightning Lure |  Activate the Lightning Tower and defeat all enemies that appear. The player who activated the tower will be targeted by Thunderbolts more frequently. |
| Time Trial Challenge |  Defeat as many enemies as you can within the time limit. |
| Lightning Counter Domain |  Defeat all enemies. Use Perfect Assist to trigger Lightning Counter against robots for bonus points. |
| Elite Battle |  Defeat all enemies! Bonus Objective: Successfully use Lightning Counter 2 time(s). |
| Final Clash |  Defeat the powerful final enemy! |
How to Beat Final Clash
During the Final Clash, you will need to utilize Lightning Counter to shred through the Thracian's shield!
Share Investigation Findings with Nanson
Speak to Nanson again after returning to HAND Headquarters to go over your investigation findings.
