How to Unlock Truth or Dare
Unlocked When Trust is Near Close
Once you build enough trust with Dialyn to raise it to Close, this commission will appear on the schedule the morning after the game.
Truth or Dare Quest Walkthrough
Meet Dialyn at Coff Cafe in Lumina Square
Find Dialyn on the second floor of the Coff Cafe's Lumina Square branch. Speak to her to learn of an investigative mission about a certain suspect, and she will show you some interrogation records.
She will then ask you which record gave the subject's deception away. It doesn't matter which one you choose, as it will not affect the quest's outcome, but the correct answer is the 3rd record.
Speak with Dialyn at Yum Cha Sin
Dialyn can be found at Yum Cha Sin's second floor banquet hall, specifically by the tables in the corner. Speak to her and your investigation will begin.
Speak with Dialyn Outside of Yum Cha Sin
Once the investigation is complete, it's time for the next step. Meet up with Dialyn outside Yum Cha Sin to discuss the plan, but you will be interrupted by a crying little girl in search of her grandmother.
Dialyn will rush to her aid and find her grandmother, and ask you to stay behind with the girl. She will successfully do so and return with the grandmother shortly after.
Speak to Dialyn at the Cable Car Station
After the cutscene, speak to Dialyn at the balcony overlooking the Hollow beside the cable car station of Failume Heights. Though she didn't complete her tasks for the day, at least she managed to help someone. This will conclude the quest.
