Head to Sailume Bay to gather information about the old mining site. Talk to both Xiao'Guang and Banyue, as they seem lost in their thoughts.

Xiao'Guang spotted the miner that the team recently saved from the Hollow. Speak to the miner to ask for information about the array and the mysterious white flowers in the area.

Use the stairs to go down to the lower level and assist Ning Qian with the old man, as there appears to be an issue. The old man seems to be a phony fortune teller who keeps talking about an omen.
