Once you build enough trust with Yidhari to raise it to Close, this commission will appear on the schedule during the afternoon in game.

Talk to Yidhari at Port Elpis
After getting this Trust Commission, head over to the parking lot at Port Elpis. Talk to Yidhari to start the trust rank up event.
Go to the Dock to Find Yidhari
Go to the docks and head straight to the fish statue where Yidhari is standing in front of it.
Find a Place to Rest
After enjoying the sea breeze with Yidhari, head back up and look for a place to rest. Approach the table near the food stall and talk to Yidhari again.
After your conversation, wait until midnight and then change the in-game time to Late Night.
Meet Yidhari at the Lighthouse
After changing the time to late night, go to the Lighthouse and meet Yidhari before heading upstairs to enjoy the sea view with her.
