it's not likely, she is. I think you are supposed to use Zhao for Shunguang though.
Man, this whole place is a certified cesspit. Regardless of the game or the kind of character, there is always a bunch of people complaining or throwing shit at the character because it isnt cartered to their exclusive liking. If all the desings piss you all so much why just not stop playing altogether and seek something you cannot complain about.
