Dawn of Karmic Fire is unlocked by completing Soldier's Creed, a subquest of the main story, Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night.

Dawn of Karmic Fire Guide
- Prepare to Attack
- Head to the Mountain Road with Obol Squad
- Exterminate the Sacrifices
- Destory the Obscura
- Destroy the Hidden Obscura
- Eliminate the Exaltists enemy
- Search for the source of the Distress Call
- Defeat the Sacrifices and Rescue those Trapped
- Stop Lorenz
Prepare to Attack
Head back to the Defense Forces Base and talk to Captain Magus as you prepare to support the Obol Squad in protecting two ''VIP targets''.
Head to the Mountain Road with Obol Squad
Assist the Obol Squad as they evacuate Major General Lorenz and Lucro from the mountain road going to the safe area.
Exterminate the Sacrifices
As you enter the combat, you will get to control Orphie and Magus along with Seed and Trigger. Eliminate the Sacrifice enemies as you make your way down the mountain road.
Destroy the Obscura

When you encounter an Obscura, destroy it using a combination of Ether Tuning and Perception Technique.
Destroy the Hidden Obscura
| Destory the hidden Obscura | |

 |
Follow the miasma trail leading to the building’s balcony to find the hidden Obscura. Use Ether Tuning and the Perception Technique again to destroy it.
Eliminate the Exaltists enemy
After destroying both Obscuras, continue heading to the quest marker and eliminate the Exaltist enemies along your way.
Search for the source of the Distress Call
Assist Captain Magus in uncovering the truth behind the Obol Squad’s crisis. Continue pushing forward to evacuate the citizens and VIPs.
Defeat the Sacrifices and Rescue those Trapped
A trapped child calls for help inside a building. You must defeat the Sacrifices to rescue the child and civilians stranded along the mountain road.
Stop Lorenz
After reaching Sailume Bay, you will trigger a cutscene as Orphie and Magus confront Major General Lorenz with the accusations.
