Once you build enough trust with Alice to raise it to Trusted, this commission will appear on the schedule during the afternoon.

Chat with Alice at the Resort
After accepting the commission, head to Fantasy Resort and chat with Alice. A dialogue cutscene will play as you two enjoy stargazing.
She will also ask you if you know the meaning of Cygnus, which seems to be related to Phaethon.

As this commission solely increases trust rank with Alice, your dialogue choices do not give additional trust.
