How to Unlock First Flea Market
Send Alice an Invite
The First Flea Market?! unlocks after sending Alice an invite and choosing the I wanna hit up Failume Heights and find something to do! option.
Selecting the I wanna check out Lumina Square! option will unlock the other commission instead.

You can unlock Alice's Trust Quests and Invites after completing the Main Story Season 2 Chapter 2 main commission, The Impending Crash of Waves.

Meet up with Alice at Failume Heights
After choosing the Start Quality Time Invite option, meet up with Alice at the overpass entrance in Failume Heights.
Lead the way to the flea market stall in Chan Lane near the Yum Cha Sin to start the trust commission.
