Greet Yuzuha and Alice
It's the day of the music festival. Head outside and greet Yuzuha and Alice as they are preparing for the stage.
Listen to What People are Saying About the Music Festival
Talk to the tourists around the stage area and ask them what they are looking forward to at the festival later.
Calm Down the Frightened Visitors
Another set of supernatural objects started to appear again! Split up with Yuzuha and Alice to help calm the visitors.
Find and Photograph the Projector
It is one of the projectors with a stealth coating that makes supernatural objects appear again. Use the camera and photograph the hidden projector.
Work Out a Plan of Action with Therese and Others
There is someone behind these projectors and haunted rumors. Head back to the team to discuss their plans.
Ask Visitors About Any Suspicious Clues
Talk to the visitor sitting at the beach and ask about Empy's location or any clues related to the missing Bangboo.
Gather Information and Discuss with Alice and Yuzuha
Speak to Alice and Yuzuha as they discuss at the beachfront that there is a mysterious void-like object near them.
Find and Photograph Empy
Open the camera to find Empy, take a photo of the drowning Bangboo!
Pull Empy Ashore and Ask About the Situation
Interact with Empy to save it, and ask what happened last night.
Confront Three Gates Corporation
After finding the truth from Empy, you must confront Willis and expose the Three Gates Corporation.
Prepare for combat after the cutscene, as you will enter a battle with Alice and Yuzuha as your characters.
Talk to Therese
After the battle, speak with Therese to prepare for tonight's music festival and hear out the team's plan for it.
A lengthy cutscene will play as Proxy invites everyone to the Fantasy Resort!
Talk to Alice and Yuzuha
Continue to prepare for the music festival with Alice and Yuzuha; the staff members and everyone will be busy getting ready for tonight.
Greet the Festival Guests
Approach Astra Yao as the music stage and greet the ''Shy Girl'' that Astra came along with for tonight's show.
Greet your Friends
After inviting everyone, you must greet your friends around the Fantasy Resort. Talk to them and let them enjoy the music festival tonight!
Watch the Music Festival Together
To begin the party cutscene, return to your sibling, who is waiting for you to watch the music festival together.
Enjoy the Music Festival with Everyone!

Return to the stage and talk to your sibling to end the night and take a rest.

During the morning, talk to Therese as she hands you something, along with Yuzuha and Alice.
This commission will be complete after receiving the A Summer Night's Moment key item.

After more digging, there are more interactions to find than what's currently here if you want that alternate achievement. All I can say is that when you're told to greet friends, look all over the resort before talking to those who are required. There are ones tied to times of day and even in similar locations. I missed so many interactions before and after the music festival. I haven't found anyone that's gotten the alternate achievement yet, where you've talked to everyone.
