Answer Hugo's DM
The Another Story unlocks after answering Hugo's DM, who is looking for the Children of the Devils videotape.
Once you confirm that you have the requested videotape, you will have to wait for Hugo to come to the Random Play video store to start this quest.

Children of the Devils Videotape
Unlike your other Agents who ask you if you have a videotape of a film, Hugo actually brings his own and merely wants to watch it with you at the video store, so agree to do so.
Another Story Quest Walkthrough
Chat With Hugo About the Videotape
Chat with Hugo inside the Random Play video store, on the opposite side of the counter. Talking to him will start the quest and you will enter a lengthy cutscene full of dialogue with him.
At the end of the cutscene, the quest will conclude.
Another Story All Answers and Results
The dialogue options in the Another Story trust commission will not increase trust, as this is a Video Promoter Quest.
