does she need jufufu? or is she strong enough without her? im f2p this is an important question. alternatively, should i pull for jufufu instead of yixuan. i do think that having another good stun character is not a bad thing. help i can't decide

Her English voice is the worst. I don't know why but that monotonous, generically pleasant American voice just makes me want to crack open my skull and scoop my brains out. And she talks so much.

I haven't played the newest story yet but it would be hilarious if the reason why Yixuan looks 95% like Anby isn't because she's the original basis for the clones but because Mihoyo is just this lazy and uncreative.
I dont mind her design personally. It's a matter of taste I guess, And everyone will have their own. I think your problem with it isn't exactly her design but her placement. A mystic, Magical character being in ZZZ which isnt a classical fantasy work like Genshin but meant to be more believeable. She doesn't really fit in that sense, Your right... I felt the same with Astra Yao but I've noticed this game will have lots of different style characters so enjoy what you like and leave rest
Painfully generic character. And yea, Hoyo needs to have chinese inspired designs but come on. At least with Zhu and Qingyi they looked like something I could tell apart from HSR or Genshin characters. Mandatory chinese slop was inevitable but its still so disappointing.
The team has been working out pretty good so far, Yixuan setting off Vivian Featherbloom easily and multiple time, So much it's actually hard to keep Featherbloom stacks. It's all Ether but Yixuan either has a separate anomaly build up, So it works. The lack of stun kinda hurts but not really as all the characters do decent daze on their own (Vivian and Yixuan surprisingly have quite a bit of daze it seems)
Puzzle Sphere? Yeah, It's a good option surely and I'd say it might be better than Radiowave Journey in groups that lack enough daze, Granted you have the crit rate to back it up. Can't know until I get Radiowave tho. I been using her mostly in perhaps a kinda unconventional team, Paired with Vivian and Nicole (I'm not a heavy spender so have limited options). This is my second team cus my first team is already pretty set (Trigger, Lucy, Evelyn).

Why is everyone complaining about the limited rupture engines atm? It's a new type to begin with and honestly you don't need her signature. The "New Eridu Fund" (Battle pass) has quite a good engine for her, The craftable isn't too bad either. With how busted the character is even the B rank is usable for a moment until you get better engines.
How much you planning on spending? I'd say imo, If you don't have tons to spend, Stop at M2
