Flight of Fancy is amazing for Attribute Anomaly optimiziation. Its downside, however, is that its Passive Effect can only be triggered when its equipper deals Ether DMG to enemies.

It is even more restricted considering the fact that it's an Anomaly W-Engine. Because of these restrictions, only Vivian is suitable to equip this W-Engine.

they can only benefit from the base effect and not the buff when dealing ether damage

What do you mean "only good for Vivian"? Currently second-best engine for Yanagi and Jane.
