How to Unlock The Master's Concerns Quest
The Master's Concerns questline can be unlocked upon completing the Ridu Fishing Festival main quest of the Elpis Ultimate Angler Championship Event.
Ridu Fishing Festival Quest Guide
Part of the Elpis Ultimate Angler Championship Event
The Master's Concerns is one of the Port Anecdotes in the Elpis Ultimate Angler Championship event. In this quest, you will be tasked to aid Snap, Eous, and their Bangboo friends in training to become photographers!

The Master's Concerns (I) Quest Guide
The Master's Concerns 1 Quest Walkthrough

Speak to Snap and the Bangboos
The Master's Concerns (I) is a Phase 1 Anecdote, so it should be unlocked by default on the first day. Spot Snap, Eous, and Amillion in the promenade of Port Elpis. Speak to them to find out what they're up to.
You will learn that both Amillion and Eous want to become photographers like Snap and would like to train under it. Snap will then ask you to capture them alongside their client.
Speak to Old Qi Yu
Snap's client is none other than Old Qi Yu, who you can find by the benches beside the fries stand. Speak to him to ask for his permission to take your photograph.
Take a Picture of Promotional Items
Whip out your camera and snap a photo of the promotional items in the event such as banners. Afterwards, speak to Snap to report your progress.
Speak to President Qi
Once complete, show President Qi Yu the results of your photography to complete the quest!

Speak to Snap and the Bangboos
The Master's Concerns (II) is a Phase 2 Anecdote, so it should be unlocked on the second day.
Find Snap, Eous, and Amillion in the promenade of Port Elpis once more. This time, they will be asked to take a photo of the fries stand in Port Elpis.
Take a Picture of the Fries Stand
Speak to Phee to ask for permission to take photos of the fries stand. After she agrees, take out your camera once more and snap a pic of the fries stand. Be sure to get all key points in the image.
Report to Phee and Snap
Once complete, report back to Phee and Snap to show them your results, and the quest will be completed!

The Master's Concerns 3 Quest Walkthrough
Talk to Eous and Amillion
The Master's Concerns (III) is a Phase 3 Anecdote, so it should be unlocked on the third day of the event. Go to the Port Promenade of Port Elpis. This time, you will only find Eous and Amillion there.
Speak to them to find out what happened and learn that Snap stopped showing up for an unknown reason. Send Evelyn a message and she will tell you to meet her at the Ballet Twins. Speak to Eous to teleport there instantly.
Meet Up with Evelyn
Meet up with Evelyn to learn what happened to Snap. It thinks that, because of the comments of the public about her recent pictures on social media, that it will be fired and replaced.
Afterward, she will send you Snap's location, which is at Port Elpis.
Teleport Back to Port Elpis
Teleport back to Port Elpis and speak to Snap to convince it that it was all just a big misunderstanding. This will complete the quest and the entire questline!
