Talk to the Victoria Housekeeping Co. with Astra. During the conversation, Lycaon seemed to want to mention something, so you find him alone and ask him about it. During the conversation, you find out that the faction is here on a mission.
Win the “Ridu's Got Boo” Finals!
Talk to Paige and go against Butler while wearing the Joy Bangboo Outfit! After that, the cutscene will commence, where Lycaon, Astra, and Paige congratulate you.
Accept Well Wishes From Friends
Talk to three different factions: Belobog Heavy Industries, Victoria Housekeeping Co., and the Sons of Calydon, and accept their congratulations!
Talk to Astra Yao and Prepare to Head to Lumina Square
Talk to Astra and Evelyn about heading to Lumina Square, where you'll talk to your sibling!
Celebrate the New Year with Friends
Talk to Nicole, Billy, Zhu Yuan, Seth, Qingyi, Miyabi, and Soukaku and greet them Happy New Year
.
Time's Almost Up, So Head Back
Head back to your sibling and talk to them to start the New Year's Countdown Cutscene! After that, head back to Sixth Street with your sibling, who will end the quest.
