Go to the Video Archive in Random Play and watch the TV News. This will trigger a cutscene between the two Proxies.

Go outside the store to Sixth Street and talk to any NPC with a store. Some of the marked shopkeepers include Elfy from Bardic Needle, Asha from Godfinger and the Tin Master from Coff Cafe.

After speaking to a shopkeeper, you'll need to return to the store. This will trigger a cutscene with Nicole who will tell you about Hollow C41. You'll eventually receive the [Special] Golden Week "Mysterious Treasure" commission on the HDD.

Access the HDD and select the Event button on the lower right corner of the HDD and select Central Area. The commission will end after you get your first supply box and leave the Hollow.
